Returns: If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason then you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. You have 7 days from receiving the product, within which you may return it. The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods are unused and the packaging and the labels aren't damaged. The return postage will not be refunded and the goods are your responsibility until received by us. For returning expensive items we recommend that you use registered post. Damage: If a fault is found with an item purchased a replacement will be offered and dispatched on receipt of the faulty product. Currency: Bells of Hythe is only able to except pounds sterling. Errors: Bells of Hythe will not fulfil any order that is clearly an error. E.g. Products that appear with no price.
