These are the parts you will need for this rig:

1 X Gemini 80lb class main body swivel
1 X Gemini Swivel & Link
3 X Gemini 45lb Snood Swivels
3 X Mustad Size 2 Hooks
1 X 1.3 metre length of 40lb clear mono
3 X 12” lengths of black mono
6 X Soft crimps
6 X 2mm black micro beads

First you need to tie your 40lb clear main body line to an 80lb Gemini rig body swivel.

Next you will need to slide your crimps, beads and snood swivels onto your main body line in this order:
Crimp, bead, swivel, bead, crimp and then repeat a total of 3 times. 

Then tie on your swivel clip to the bottom of the rig and attach your lead.

The next step is to attach your crimps at even points along the rig body with pliers making sure that you don’t squeeze your beads to tight against your swivel as it needs to be free to spin.

Finally add your 15lb black amnesia snood line measuring about 8” with your Mustad size 2 hook completing your flapper rig.

This rig is perfect for flatfish and mini species and can be adapted with the use of coloured beads and attracter blades to suit the individual.
